Refund policy

Wrong item received will be fully refundable.

Shipping the return item is at the expense of the customer for all returns. All items will be returned to senders address.

All Knete cloth orders are required to be confirmed by buyer as correct item to be shipped. Customer bears the responsibility to leave correct email and phone number at checkout for courier to be able to confirm with customer to proceed with shipment.

Returned items must be posted 14 days after delivery. Items allowed charged 25% restocking. (This applies only to shipped items}

Canceled orders are fully refundable within 24hs.

Canceled orders after 24hrs will be charged a 15% restocking fee for labor and materials used. {This applied only to unshipped items)

Men's and Women's clothing are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase.

Customized Kente Cloth/Traditional Wear are Not Fully Refundable after 48 Hours of purchase. (Cancellation of customize items can be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee if customer request is made within 7 days total and not to exceed 7 days total time from time of order and item has not been shipped with tracking information applied) Customized orders are non-refundable after shipment when tracking information is provided.

Clearance Items are Non-Refundable 

Customers are responsible for checking processing times prior to ordering. 

We are not responsible for any delays by DHL express, UPS Worldwide or Ghana Post Express for any delayed, Damaged or lost item are covered by the customer local carrier insurance claims department which the customer is responsible for contacting and filing with their local carrier
